Banco BPI will approach Mozambican banks with specially tailored smaller tickets to encourage them to participate, as well as approaching Portuguese banks. Calyon will approach other international banks. Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) acted as sub underwriter and will also be syndicating its debt facility.
