One Search, the infrastructure and energy executive search specialist, is returning to its roots with the launch of a sister brand – INFRASSOCS – that focuses exclusively on junior roles for equity and credit investment teams, as well as advisory houses.

The recruiter has over the last 18 years built a reputation as a leading retained search firm across global infrastructure and energy transition investing.

However, having increasingly focused on senior mandates, One Search has placed fewer candidates at the contingent end of the market – and it is seeking to fill this requirement with the launch of INFRASSOCS.

One Search chief executive Dan McCarthy said: “INFRASSOCS will become the channel through which One Search Group applies our energy, expertise and sector knowledge in the segment in which we first made our name and – in so doing – helped shape the early careers of some of those now leading the industry worldwide.
