IJGlobal is delighted today to announce the shortlists for IJInvestor Awards 2023, identifying those organisations in the running for coveted trophies at the London event (for the whole world, excluding the Americas).

This year – the fifth time IJ has hosted IJInvestor Awards – we received a record number of submissions and have separated out the Americas for a regional event in New York.

Today’s announcement is purely for the awards that will be presented in London on 30 November and is focused on the company categories. The transaction winners (excluding the Americas) will be announced on the night.

The Americas shortlist – judged last week by the regional panel in New York – will be announced in the coming days.

These awards celebrate infra fund and M&A activity in energy and infrastructure, reflecting activity from 1 April 2022 to 31 August 2023. For this year only (a transition year) the awards are open to developments over 17 months.

The London investor submission – not to be confused with IJGlobal Awards (greenfield and refi) which are hosted March/April and ESG Awards (last week) – were reviewed earlier this month by an independent panel of judges.
