Earle crops up at Gottex
Robin Earle – who is best known in the infrastructure community for heading up the project finance team at Banco Espirito Santo in London – has surfaced at the private markets team at Gottex.
Earle most recently led the Haitong European team and previously served at the EBRD.
He started this week at the London office of the Swiss/Scandinavian broker that is renowned for its presence in treasury, market instruments and fixed income.
Gottex recruited Earle to source infrastructure senior and mezzanine debt assets and possibly equity opportunities in the face of increased interest in the space from its investor network.
Earle said: “I’m happy to be back at the desk and looking forward to being able to put financings in place. The appetite varies widely among our clients, so I’ll be looking to help out a wide range of borrowers.”
