Submissions to the IJGlobal Awards 2021 are pouring in, showing early signs of an interesting array of events – should we be able to host them – in March next year.

IJGlobal plans to host physical events for our famed awards nights in March 2022 at splendid venues in London, New York, Dubai and Singapore… but our ability to do so will be led by government recommendations in each of these locations.

We are encouraging more infrastructure and energy professionals from across all the disciplines to submit for our awards in a bid to give the market a little extra cheer as we (hopefully) break loose of the coronavirus clasp.

IJGlobal Awards recognise greenfield and refinancing deals that closed in the 2021 calendar year across the globe across an array of sectors that combine to reflect infrastructure and energy as defined by this title and (largely) the market.

The last time IJGlobal hosted physical awards nights was in 2019 and we are looking forward to getting these major events back off the ground in the regional centres, having in October hosted our first ESG Awards and this month staged IJInvestor Awards 2021.

The IJGlobal Awards 2021 agenda for the coming months is:

• submissions close – 6 January 2022
• shortlists announced – 24 January 2022
• Judgment Day – 2 February 2022

All things being equal, and coronavirus permitting, in-person events will be hosted:

• Europe and Africa in London – 16 March 2022
• Americas Awards in New York – 17 March 2022
• Middle East Awards in Dubai – 23 March 2022
• APAC Awards in Singapore – 24 March 2022
