We are delighted to report that the portal is now open to accept submissions for the IJGlobal Awards 2020 – celebrating the great and good of infra/energy achievements in the last calendar year.

We have opened the portal later than customary – it normally goes live in November – which will help on the submissions front as it only reflects transactions that reach financial close in the 2020 calendar year.

We have made some slight changes to the categories opening up a few new awards in the hope of giving the market reason to celebrate in what has been a fairly grim time.

We are holding out hope of being able to stage our legendary awards nights later this year, but we will make that decision closer to the time based on government advice and in an effort to keep our clients safe.

The portal will remain open until mid-March (2021) and we plan to publish the shortlists in the Spring Issue of the IJGlobal Magazine.

As to the results, that will depend upon when (and if) we are able to host awards nights in London, New York, Singapore and Dubai – as we would in normal years.

For now, we look forward to receiving your submissions which will be judged by the four regional teams of independent industry experts (likely through Zoom meetings) and we encourage the industry to join us in seeking reasons to celebrate.
