Prumo Logística lines up transshipment debt
The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) has approved an up to $350 million loan to Brazilian port operator Prumo Logística, acting through Açu Petróleo, in support of the construction of an oil transshipment terminal at the Açu Port in the state of Rio de Janeiro
