  1. Is there a cloakroom?
    Please ask one of the event team members where to leave your belongings and they will be able to assist you. If you have any particular needs, please email rose.crowhurst@ijglobal.com  with your requirements at least one week in advance of the conference to ensure they can be accommodated.
  2. Will attendee’s belongings be safe in the cloakroom?
    The cloakroom will be manned throughout the event opening times, however the team cannot take responsibility for any items left or stolen.
  3. Can attendees leave their personal belongings with the event team staff?
    No, all personal items are the individual’s responsibility.
  4. Where can attendees go for refreshments and lunch?
    IJGlobal will be hosting welcome refreshments on the morning of Day 1, a mid-morning refreshment break and lunch on both days, and afternoon tea on day 1. Water will be available on the tables in the main conference area throughout the day.
  5. What do I do if I have specific dietary or disabled access requirements?
    If you have any specific needs then please email rose.crowhurst@ijglobal.com. We will need to receive notification of your requirements one week before the conference to ensure that the necessary actions are taken so that you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit to the Forum.
  6. What are the key timings?
    The agenda can be downloaded on the Agenda page.
  7. What is the dress code for the Forum drinks reception?
    The dresscode is smart business wear.
  8. Will IJGlobal cover the cost of my accommodation and how do I reserve rooms?
    Unless previously agreed, we will not cover the cost of your accommodation. Further instructions on how to reserve a room can be found on the venue page of the website.
  9. Will there be resources available for me to make notes during the sessions?
    Note paper and pens will be provided during the conference.
  10. Will Wifi be provided?
    Wifi connection for delegates will be available in the public areas of the Hotel.
  11. Can delegates ask panellists and speakers questions during sessions?
    Yes, after each session, delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions.
  12. Who do delegates give their completed evaluation forms to?
    Delegates should return their completed forms to the registration desk. An evaluation form will also be sent to delegates after the event to complete and return to rose.crowhurst@ijglobal.com
  13. Can photos be taken during sessions?
    Delegates are politely asked not to take photos during sessions, as this may distract speakers.
  14. Can a delegate replace another delegate on the day?
    Not unless arranged in advance with the IJGlobal Team. If the IJ team has not be notified of the replacement before the event day then we may treat the replacement as a new booking and will charge the full delegate rate.
